财政部农业农村司副司长魏高明1月30日表示，2025年，财政部始终把保障粮食安全作为重中之重，支持产量产能、生产生态、增产增收一起抓。其中，通过转移支付、超长期特别国债等安排高标准农田建设资金1766亿元，同比增长53%，支持建设高标准农田7568万亩。

在财政部当日举行的新闻发布会上，魏高明表示，在支持耕地保护建设方面，2025年还安排171亿元，支持扩大黑土地保护范围，将保护性耕作面积稳定在1亿亩以上；加大耕地轮作休耕力度，加强酸化耕地和生产障碍耕地治理，支持改善耕地质量。同时，安排资金支持种业振兴行动、农业机械化、农业先进适用技术推广应用等。

魏高明称，下一步，财政部将坚持优先保障农业农村领域资金投入，加大财政支农政策统筹力度，加强科学管理，不断提高财政资金使用质效，夯实国家粮食安全根基。（记者申铖）
