新华社墨西哥城2月1日电（记者吴昊）墨西哥总统辛鲍姆2月1日表示，墨政府计划于未来几天向古巴运送一批人道主义援助物资，包括食品、生活用品等基本物资。

辛鲍姆当天在墨西哥北部索诺拉州瓜伊马斯出席活动时说，上述援助项目将由墨西哥海军负责实施。关于从人道主义考虑向古巴输送石油的问题，墨政府正通过外交渠道寻求解决。

当前，古巴与美国关系紧张。1月3日，美国对委内瑞拉发动大规模军事打击，强行控制委总统马杜罗及其妻子并将他们带到美国。美国总统特朗普随后持续向古巴施压，并于1月29日签署行政令，威胁对向古巴提供石油的国家输美商品加征从价关税。
