新华社北京1月28日电 中央纪委国家监委28日公布了2025年12月全国查处违反中央八项规定精神问题汇总情况。当月，全国共查处违反中央八项规定精神问题39236起，批评教育和处理48770人，其中党纪政务处分36441人。2025年，全国共查处违反中央八项规定精神问题290752起，批评教育和处理375604人，其中党纪政务处分261788人。
从查处问题类型看，2025年，在履职尽责、服务经济社会发展和生态环境保护方面不担当、不作为、乱作为、假作为，严重影响高质量发展方面，共查处问题119418起，占查处的形式主义、官僚主义问题总数的84.7%。查处的违规收送名贵特产和礼品礼金、违规吃喝、违规发放津补贴或福利3类问题，分别占2025年查处的享乐主义、奢靡之风问题总数的54.5%、22.3%、12.1%。
