新华社东京2月12日电（记者李子越 陈泽安）日本警察厅12日公布的初步统计数据显示，2025年日本通过电话和社交平台实施的电信诈骗共造成损失约3241亿日元（1美元约合153日元），同比增加62.8%，创历史纪录。
统计显示，在上述损失中，以电话为主要手段的诈骗造成损失约1414.2亿日元，几乎为上一年的两倍。其中约七成都是冒充警方实施的诈骗，犯罪分子通过电话谎称受害人银行账户涉嫌犯罪，然后以“配合调查”“证明清白”等为由诱骗受害人转账。
此外，通过社交平台实施的投资诈骗和情感诈骗同样高发，共造成损失约1826.9亿日元。
警方表示，相关诈骗案件受害人覆盖多个年龄层，受害群体呈现多元化趋势。
包括上述诈骗案件在内，2025年日本刑事犯罪案件逾77万宗，已连续四年增加。
