新华社奥斯陆2月12日电（记者张玉亮）挪威首相斯特勒12日在议会发表安全政策讲话时表示，当前美国政府的政策动向给挪威带来“巨大不确定性”，使挪威面临“高度严峻”的局面。
斯特勒表示，美国外交与贸易政策正在发生重大转向，“不可预测性”已成为其显著特征。他对美国的言语攻击表示担忧，并特别提到美国总统特朗普在2025年联合国大会期间对欧洲盟友的攻击性言论，认为这反映出双方的外交氛围正在恶化。
他说，关税正被美国当作筹码，迫使其他国家在与贸易无关的领域让步。他还批评美国退出应对气候变化、医药卫生等领域的国际合作。
斯特勒表示，挪威将加强与北欧伙伴和周边国家的安全合作，旨在减少在安全方面对美国的依赖。
