Tehran, April 25 (Xinhua) -- Ibrahim Aziz, Chairman of the National Security and Foreign Policy Committee of the Islamic Parliament of Iran, posted on social media in the early morning of the 25th that Iranian Foreign Minister Alaghzi's visit to Pakistan was only for discussing bilateral relations and was not authorized to handle any matters related to nuclear negotiations.

Earlier, Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Bagai stated that during Alaghi's visit to Pakistan, he will consult with senior Palestinian officials on their mediation efforts to end the war imposed by the United States and Israel on Iran and achieve peace in the region. There are no plans to meet with the United States, and Iran's opinions and considerations will be conveyed to the United States through Palestine.
